SpringRock Alliance World
SpringRock Alliance World is a vehicle designed for specific projects in which SpringRock teams up with another entity or group for that specific project. The project could be long term in nature or short duration projects.
Ventures that do not fall within the domain of the other SpringRock business groups are pursued under Alliance World. These alliances however, must relate with the other SpringRock businesses in one of two ways
While we can venture into various business areas, however projects that does not meet the synergy and or leverage test with other SpringRock business groups will not be harnessed under the SpringRock brand.
Services Groups
A planned Strategic partnership between an Energy Company from the USA and SpringRock. This group is being established to target Energy and Power requirements in the Oil and Gas Industry in the Sub Sahara Africa region.
Oil & Gas processing consumes significant amounts of energy. Generating greater energy efficiencies, wherever possible, is now highly desirable because it reduces costs across the project life span.
SpringRock Alliance World is currently in the business development stage of going into provision of power solutions for FPSO and Gas Processing plants. SpringRock is in a partnership discussion with a US firm with unique technology in this domain.
We have teamed up with China Petroleum Technology Development Corporation – CPTDC to provide and deploy a number of Oilfield equipment across Africa.
The equipment of interest ranges from Line pipes, Casing and Tubulars; Production systems equipment including all the equipment required to set up a flow station; Wellheads etc.
We are working with a number of Nigerian independents to provide Financial Advisory and source investors or financiers for a number of Oilfield E&P assets.
We currently have a number of finance sourcing projects that are underway.
