Eke U Eke

Chief Executive Officer

26 years industry experience with 23 years in Schlumberger. He most recently served in Houston as Vice President International Clients. Prior to that, was based in Lagos as Group Managing Director and VP Schlumberger West Africa; at Rosharon as Global Business Manager Schlumberger Intelligent Completions and in Paris as Marketing Manager Europe, Africa and Caspian. He has a deep knowledge of the West African market, its E&P customer base, the oilfield service community and regulators. He took the leadership position at SpringRock Group in early 2016.

J. M. Kumar

Chief Technology & Operating Officer

32 years industry experience. He served as Regional Director Wells Xodus Dubai. Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Global in Nigeria from 2006 to 2011 and developed OPL 277 and 280, and was instrumental to acquiring blocks OPL 2004 and OPL 2006. Led the 4 offshore wells successful campaign in Nigeria that was executed by SpringRock in 2016 and the various project till date. A versatile and highly skilled leader with ability to integrate and execute projects from the early conceptual stage until final delivery. Specific expertise includes asset management, Well construction, optimization & cost management.

Ian P. Moyle

Drilling & Engr Manager

43 years experience. Ian has held responsibilities as, Project Manager, Drilling & Completions Manager, Senior Drilling Engineer, and Wellsite Supervisor in all well operations. Conducted project planning, engineering, well designs, budgets, A.F.E’s, tendering and selecting services, and liaison with relevant Government authorities and Joint Venture Partners. Experienced in ERD, MLJ, H2S, HT, MPD, UBD, Platform and Subsea drilling. Was a member of International Standards Organization ISO Panel 54.

Ben Agadagba

Director of Integrity & Sustainability

33 years industry experience. Previously Managing Director of Donos Engineering Nigeria with a focus on providing consulting services for drilling operations and rig management operations, and Executive Director (Operations) for Lonestar Drilling Nigeria. Ben was also previously Operations Manager for Frazimex Nig. Ltd., which was engaged in providing drilling services; Wells HSE Coordinator for Shell (SPDC) and prior to that was responsible for Wells engineer training for SPDC. These were after working for 20 years in several countries overseas with Sedco Forex and ADC

Ramesh Bhatia

Director GeoSciences

25 years industry experience. He served as Chief Operating Officer/VP-Subsurface of Jubilant Energy. Sunterra Energy, India, as the Vice President and served as Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager of HOEC India. Has in-depth knowledge in subsurface management, asset evaluation, exploration and appraisal followed by effective and fast track development of the field in all types of environment onshore, offshore and effective management and monetization of assets

Abiodun Akala

Director of Business Dev. & Operations

27 years industry experience, spanning Oil & Gas, Rig Construction & Consulting. Experienced in business & projects management, drilling, completions and work-over operations, rig contracting, business consulting, in several countries working with major IOCs. Well versed in all aspects of drilling engineering and well delivery services (drilling fluids, cementing, casing design, drill string design, FE; coring, completions and fishing). Led the successfully setup of Oando’s drilling contracting business as pioneer operations manager in charge of 5 rigs. A recipient of the most coveted Transocean’s “First Excellence Award”. Worked also for Maxwell, ARAMCO, Transocean and Oando

Sunanda M. Bella

Completions Leader

18 years oil and gas experience with strong background in Technical, Management and Operation & Execution aspects of Well Completion, Stimulation, Testing and Workover operations. Was Senior Engineer, Completion and Stimulation for Xodus Group. He was Senior Engineer, HPHT Hydraulic Fracturing for Carigali Hess Indonesia. And in Pertamina Hulu Energy Offshore Indonesia as the Lead Completion Engineering.
