SpringRock m.Consults SRmC signs a joint project financing and execution agreement with Unicorn Energy Resources UER.

SpringRock m.Consults on Dec 10th 2016 signed an agreement with Unicorn Energy Resources of Mauritius to work together via a Special Purpose Vehicle to finance and execute oil and gas development projects. This first agreement is for a specific project in  Nigeria, however it sets the stage for a number of other similar collaboration for other projects, a number of which the parties are already in pursuit of.

Commenting on the signing of this agreement the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SpringRock Group, Mr Eke U. Eke described the agreement as a signifcant milestone for both SRmC and our partner UER. This strategic alignment is important and it allows us to combine the strengths of our companies to jointly pursue and execute projects to our mutual benefits. We are excited to join forces with UER and both of our organizations see this initial agreement as the beginning of several joint collaboration project to follow.
